Yeah, it's a bit confusing for me as well. I just unsubscribed to all of beehaw's communities, since my understanding is, since we're still able to view their instance, but even if we comment to someone from beehaw's instance, they will not be able to even see it. Does anyone know if any other instance has defederated from Lemmy.World, or if there's some list somewhere that we can tell which instances have defederated from other instances?
