Thanks for this. Added to book to my to read list. I have unmedicated ADHD (cannot tolerate meds for it) and this resonated with me. It is also a good reminder that even people that seem like they are intentionally not doing the work or task at hand might have some reasoning behind not doing it! It is easy to forget sometimes that I am not alone in my struggles and other reasons for being “lazy” exist.
right?? I use the word lazy/laziness on myself just cuz its quicker than figuring out what the problem is every time and describing it but “laziness” is literally never the reason for me to not do things
so I never came to the conclusion that laziness was or wasnt real but I never saw proof of it being a thing, and this article looks like more proof that it isnt! :3
