Hello guys! I have done a fresh install of Arch Linux with KDE. The first thing to do was downloading Librewolf but there is an issue. I used an installation way that is without an AUR helper. And the package named librewolf-bin. System updated, git command executed, changed directory to librewolf-bin, executed the makepkg -si....
I know that the dark mode setting is disabled by Resist Fingerprinting. I am not using that, I am using the Dark Reader extension. The extension still doesn’t work, but it works on Firefox....
I sometimes need to test if a website I develop is working correctly in dark mode, but dark/light mode buttons doesn’t work in LibreWolf devtools. Is there a solution for this?
I use a VPN n my system which works properly in firefox, but does not work at all in librewolf. Both network settings are same. What could be the problem?
Hi, How can I get Librewolf take the window focus when I click an URL in another app (said otherwise, to open in the foreground)? I am using an arch-based distro in a Plasma 6 Wayland session, and I know this functionality is implemented for Firefox (it works when switching the default browser), but I do not find the right...
The updater extension keeps telling me that there is a new version of the browser available (122.1.0-2) but it’s been over a week since the version’s release and even though I have the .deb repo installed the new version has not been installed yet. I check for updates daily and there do not appear to be any errors in the...
Just curious, in the end I installed librewolf-bin because at a certain point the PC froze because the installation had occupied all the RAM (16GB). thanks....
UPDATE: Issue is not tied to the browser but to the specific sites. Some sites, like Proton, will require you to enter a 2FA code every time you login, even if the option to remember your sign in was selected at the login page....
I have Settings> General> Startup> Open previous windows and tabs disabled, but every time I start LibreWolf I’m faced with the error screen telling me it was unable to restore the previous session....
Hey, I was wondering if there was any way or possibility to bind an IP or network device to Librewolf running in its Portable launcher on Windows. I have it on a USB key to be used in environments where I’ll be working with multiple computers, hence the portable nature, and in surveillanced networks, hence my preference to use...
Both seem to be fantastic projects. What are the differences? Which use cases do they respectively excel in? What are their pros and cons? Curious what you think.
I’m testing LibreWolf with a view to moving to it from Chrome, but I’ve noticed some websites don’t work, for example: apps.sentinel-hub.com/eo-browser/...
I am new to Librewolf and downloaded Multi Account Containers addon along with libredirect, skip redirect and ublock origin. I am currently signed in a container with a Google account and set the URL to always open in that container. However I do not want to allow any Google-affiliated redirecting links to automatically open...
The votes are in, and it was a 12 yay and 0 nay vote in favor of moving. We’re going to look at the ticket system first, and we’re already mirroring repositories on codeberg.org/librewolf . We’ll keep ya posted:)
I just switched from firefox to librewolf and I imported the autofill passwords through a csv file, but autofill isn’t working when I log into websites (the autofill option doesn’t show up when I click into “enter password”) and I have to manually copy the passwords from about:logins. How do I fix that?
Hi all, please use this issue to vote on moving our repositories away from Gitlab.com into Codeberg.org. The issue can also be used for further discussion… [vote]
