Very interesting. I've known that the southern part of Africa is a popular destination for Christian missionaries but I don't think I knew just how popular until I saw this map.
Lovely map. With some caveats tho. One being the exaggerated representation of Kurds, especially in central Turkey.
It also glosses over the immense differences between Arabs, who besides language don’t have that much in common. (And even the differences in language can be discussed)
Differences between Levantine Arabs and Omani Arabs are perhaps comparable to Persians and Tajiks, who are separate categories.
