I’m a little over a month on HRT and I feel so good. I used to feel so hopeless all the time, and now I just keep smiling. Even when I’m sad, I feel so much better. It’s really a dreamlike feeling. Physical changes are happening really quickly, too. Just wanted to say that. It’s like I’m so happy I needed to “vent”, if that makes sense.
It takes a while for changes to really start setting in. I know its hard to be patient in the beginning, but you’ll get there ❤ be sure to get your T and E levels tested and actively adjust your medications until your levels are right.
Thanks! I have labs at the end of August so hopefully my levels are good. I am only on 25mg of spiro and 2mg of E (to start). Super jealous of the people seeing results right away though.
