Hate to ask again, but short on rent and landlord is on me

Usually he’s been cool with me splitting up my unemployment checks, but he’s invoking ‘paying mortgage and maintenance’ on me. I grabbed a few microloans to bring my bank account out of the negative, want to throw him something to get him off my back until next Wednesday when unemployment comes again.
