For anyone confused about the headline like I was, this is about the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola, not the nation in Africa.

Angola is a plantation and a Black concentration camp. The only remedy for that evil place is burning it to the ground. Nice to see that they at least got someone to look into the problem of murder by negligence, only took 8 years and numerous preventable deaths.
