[Advice] Clothing to make me appear slightly less masculine

So, I’ve been going to the gym every week since October ‘23, which I enjoy. However, I’ve noticed my arms are getting thicker and my shoulders are looking broader, and it’s making me feel pretty dysphoric.

At the minute, I’m just wearing baggy jumpers and hoodies, but it’ll be too hot for that in a few months’ time. So, are there any AMABs out there who can give me some tips to shift my appearance away from “man mode”?

EDIT: Fixed typo

@hellfire103 gotta lose those gains! Eat foods that naturally boost estrogen levels if you don't have a prescription to hormones. Stop working out your upper body so much because if you have testicles you're GOING to get bulk.

hellfire103,

@Jeze3D What foods would you recommend?

hellfire103,

@Jeze3D Thanks!

StoneGender,

Longer hair, try make up, more squats, leglifts and crunches. Women’s pants or shorts, knee high skirts, tank tops will make your shoulders look less broad IMO. Bright colors are your friend. Facial piercings can be a feminine look. Oh and get a safety razor closest shave of your life
