So close to getting the point. If punishing them for uncontrollable circumstances is inhumane, and them living out there is inhumane, then what is the solution?
This isn’t because the city is proactively addressing the problem. It’s because homelessness is a growing problem and people who were subjected to anti-homeless laws by Grants Pass in turn sued the city, and now SCOTUS is hearing the case.
