Brocon,

I have a LeGo, but this article is really biased. I tested the ROG and steamdeck before. Both are fine pieces of technology. The only reason I went with LeGo are the detachable pads. In every other aspect I found the other two on par mostly. This PR piece doesn’t reveal anything.

echoplex21,

Haha yeah this was 3 months ago when I was friending for any news

SpaceNoodle,

What a thoroughly unconvincing article.

Electricdoggo,

This article had to be written as a PR piece. It lost me when it’s first point is the higher res screen. It has the same Z1 Extreme as the Ally, which struggles at 1080p on recent games. On my Ally, with full TDP max, can only really do 1080p 60 on games that are 5+ years old at medium/high settings. Higher resolution does not mean better if you still have to run at 720p/1080p for 60 fps.

SpaceNoodle,

It also spent most of its time comparing to the Ally, rather than the titular Steam Deck.

echoplex21,

Yeah if you check the games they were given , it’s plenty of the ones that are known to run well on the Ally as well. I actually just returned my Ally and see how the reviews are. If they’re good I’ll take the Go and if not I’ll get the Ally
