The guy who tweeted that is running Cornell West's campaign for POTUS. Of course he's going to attack Biden, in this case showing a picture of the Texas State Troopers that TX Gov. Abbott sicced on the protestors, falsely implying that Biden sent them or would have had some way to stop Abbott from doing it.
If you want to criticize Biden go ahead but don't make up fake shit to do it.
