Welcome to /c/poodles! We got our mini from a breeder near Montreal, though I'm sure there are plenty of reputable breeders in New England. You should be able to find some with a basic search.
The main advice I'd have is to be wary. Unfortunately due to the recent popularity of poodles and poodle crosses there are a lot of puppy mills out there.
For better or for worse an ethically bred, healthy poodle will set you back a lot of money these days. Though there are plenty out there to be rescued if you are willing to go that route.
