@pieceofthepie Curious what you encountered since I was considering going the Proxmox route.

@bradfrank just locked myself out. The default rules block all traffic and the instructions do say to setup some stuff beforehand.

It also says that local network access shouldn't be affected but I'm not seeing that.

@bradfrank had to lug a monitor into my network cupboard (the cramped space under the stairs) and was able to disable the firewall by editing the appropriate /etc/pve files.

All up and running again.

@pieceofthepie I’ve thought about setting up a PiKVM so I could remote in to the console in case of something like this. Lugging monitors up and down stairs isn’t how I want to get my workout 🙃
