altersex instead

Salmacian people fall under the altersex umbrella, and on reddit and discord we have had many non-salmacian altersex people come looking for resources.

Given we are currently the biggest altersex community, it seems reasonable to expand.

I've opened the salmacian magazine as a placeholder, and we can continue to use it, but it seems like a good idea to build a bigger tent since we have more power to help each other as a larger group.
