This is one of those weird artifacts I somehow ended up with. I don’t even know who this guy is, but I think I remember the picture being passed around the research assistants at Ames RC back in the late 70s when I worked there as a planetary scientist. As I recall the guy was recovering from a broken neck. If anyone from the south bay knows where the backdrop is (or was) I’d love to know. #nasa#memories.
