If I were this girl's family, I would sue the shit out of this horrible school board member for #defamation. Without any evidence other than her own suspicions, she publicly called out a 16-year-old student athlete for being #transgender, resulting in so much harassment that the police needed provide the student with security. Oh, and she's not transgender. This is just the sort of circumstance our defamation laws were intended to address.
