The ingrown toenails won't get infected or anything. They just hurt quite a bit. And to make it more fun let's say if you choose no fingernails, you don't get to have eyebrows either. And you can't just glue on fake nails either.

Let's say there is plenty of breathable air in both and the metal cage has only a little hole to look out from. The coffin has no mobile phone or anything else to do in it. And I guess someone will open a slot for your mouth in the head-cage a couple of times a day so you can eat meals.
