We find that the term, "dark web" is the #legacyMedia's term. They use it as an attack on ppl of unsound mind and #women, so they become too scared to use it, and better their #understanding of things. The media often associate the #darkWeb with criminal activity, too.

We say "#mixNetworks like I2P and Tor".

Some ppl use the term #overlayNetworks but we think its not descriptive, or memorable.
