My son got a 3d printer for his bday. The wall plug was bad so I am using my bench power supply. The print is going well so far though!

I really enjoyed the FPS made by the US army those years back. It sucked when you got killed in the beginning of a round by a stray under barrel rpg, then waited 10 mins+ to respond, but wow... that pain made you really good at staying alive, tricking the enemy etc. It was quite a lot of fun and the skills translated to other games :P

@demofox Yeah it was a pretty good game though the army recruiting booth at E3 was a turn off for me 😬
Nowadays I’m playing DayZ and like the whole “you lose all your loot when you die” aspect. It makes hearing someone else nearby quite the rush 😂

@demofox Very true… gave me the idea for a widget that avoids dead links by checking to see whether the linked website links back, and if not, the link isn’t even displayed to avoid showing dead links. Then I started thinking about a federation of interlinking where human-created and verified sites are curated and the list shared in a distributed manner similar to mastodon accounts…. Does this kind of advanced webring exist?
