the problem with writing, imo, is that comparative to other forms of art meant to shape the mind and influence the emotions, it has a very low bar of entry. extremely easy to be a wordcel. not so easy to be an artist, or musician.
@merchantHelios Counterpoint: The medium of text on a page you gotta read has the highest barrier to entry to the audience and there are no sub-disciplines to save you. A book cannot have a banging OST or appealing character designs to save it.

@merchantHelios Yeah I use occular. I'd lazily doing session prep for a TTRPG... but I also got Obsidian up and forgot I left Titanfall 2 idling for an hour.
2 hrs into SANABI and i can heartily recommend it. feels fucking fantastic to play, banger music, good sound design, extremely good story considering it's just a platformer. very much looking forward to the rest of my time with the game
