Ive worked in kitchens most of my life, now I work in AI and I have my own copy editing business, and go to school for Info Systems and Supply Chain Management. Wasnt tech but im slowly pushing into it because these are skills ill need to get to retire with money in the bank.
Current example: I’m tidying my home for a sleepover guest and my dining table has all of the hand tools from the garage and wherever else I had tucked them away. I’m cleaning them, removing rust, oiling them to prevent future rusting, and organizing them. They weren’t on the table two days ago, but IT HAD TO BE DONE....
Every time a song goes on, I can’t focus on anything else because I feel the lyrics going into my brain and replacing my thoughts with other words. Especially if I’m trying to do homework or coding. So because of this, I only listen to classical music or the instrumental tracks of modern songs I do like. My sister thinks...
I’ll start! I invested in a cordless vacuum, primarily because it came with a pet hair accessory but turns out, I love to use it for a quick dopamine hit! Getting a room or two to look clean-ish without the commitment of finding an outlet and dragging a chunky vaccum across the room is a massive help!
Its not about it being their personality its the fact that being gay and out IS a form of defiance and existence IS a crime. People in the US are still killing people for being gay. im not even gonnna bring up the countries that are LITEREALLY sending people to death by law for being gay imagine being persecuted for being who you are born. Existing can become a death sentence, so you fight for your right to have peace of mind for you and your community to just live.
I grew up with men saying that lesbians just needed a good f*****g and they would get in line. My aunt is gay so it was VERY confusing because these men knew that.
Her life was very much surrpunded by “the gay are disgusting but not you, youre a good gay” 🙄
I can imagine people having fun getting lost in the flow of playing a competitive sport. I’ve also heard some people experience a post-workout high. But does anyone actually feel pleasure in the moment while lifting weights, jogging, cycling, etc?...
I rock climb and do conditioning for it. Sometimes I trail run and there is a weird mid action addrenaline i get from it. Same when I am on a high wall. I know I am not gonna fall, but it’s up to me to commit and finish this challenge.
