Got an email from the lawyer working on my dad’s estate and it said that they still have not received beneficiary forms they sent to me on the 26th of February. I didn’t get these forms because they sent them to an email that isn’t mine. Idk how much I’m paying this lawyer but I know it’s extortionate.

Or admin fees in general, I used to work at sky and we would charge a £10 admin fee on any account changes and were only allowed to waive it under exceptional circumstances and called it “ a good will gesture”
