ventoy is a USB bootloader similar to rufus and balena etcher, with one key difference: it does not require you to re-flash the USB device every time you want to put a new operating system on it. simply install ventoy onto the device, drop the ISOs into the device, boot from the device, and you'll be presented with a grub-like OS selection screen. you can have all of your live environment tools on one frash drive

the wife and i signed up for a gym!

this is part two of modifying my lifestyle to better accommodate being able to appreciate the things that I really enjoy (hiking, camping, scuba, etm.)

part one was waking up at 05:30 every workday this past week. i filled that time with simple meditation and doing the things that i would do normally with my free time, but slowly and mindfully. i want to use some of that meditation time to mindfully maintain my body
