#c25k accountability update: w7d1 complete

i really didn't want to do this one, but then: that's why i did it. I only got 3 hours of sleep, ran this one after dinner, and I spent hours today out in the cool spring air futzing with my garden.

had to slow down in the last 7 minutes or so to chill out my heart - i had caffeine today, and allergy meds and a belly busy digesting, so: not the best cardio time.

but: i never stopped.

Nothing but non stop running from here on out. Was slower than I thought today, but it was gross out, so I feel okay about it. Back to the safety of my treadmill next week.
