From what I’ve heard it’s not legally advisable in most countries for media to lable things as rape prior to the perpetrator being convicted of rape. Also I think the law commonly defines rape as forceful penetration, at least in the US. So it’s not necessarily the writer’s/publisher’s fault when the headlines don’t call it what it is.
It shouldn't be called ADHD; it should be called restless brain syndrome.
