Pilot Capless Mate Black <f 18k> tines fixed and much smoother (only fell once and unlined the tines). Inked with Lamy Black
Lamy Safary Umbra <f steel> inked with Lamy Black
Lamy Studio Glacier <f steel> inked with Lamy Blue Black

All cleaned, inked, and ready for a new week

@paradoxmo By myself. A few weeks ago, I used the microscope from the lab to see the nib, and it was one tine misaligned (I felt that by touch but I couldn´t see it). And today tried to aligned it and it worked (I´ve use an magnifiyng glass and the camera from the cellphone to confirm)
No more skipping and scratching.

@paradoxmo thank you, but I don't recommend doing this to a Pilot Capless nib, unless if you've acess to a microscope. Otherwise it's going to be complicated.

How many fountainpens do you carry inked all the time?

alexcleac, to random

What affordable pen would you recommend for person enjoying Lamy Safari with a fine (F) nib and Pelican 6001 inks for two years? I am looking for something to become my secondary workhorse pen, to stay at home or to have it to always stay ready for travel :)

I like F and EF nibs, because those make it a little bit easier to find proper paper for in comfortable formfactor. I'd also appreciate ink reccomendation as well :)

@alexcleac Beside the Safari, I've a Studio (Glacier edition) in Fine (steel nib) and it's writes like the Safari.

@alexcleac Yup. I bought mine at Appelboom (The Netherlands store, not the US Store).
Is more expensive than a Safari (I paid €80 pen + converter), and you also need to by the converter (Z27) if you want o use bottled ink.
