How would I go about writing and publishing a machine learning paper?

I a a high school student and realised I just improved the PNSR score of Uformer-B on the SIDD de-noising and Gopro de-blurring datasets by about 1db. The same change to training dehazeformer. At least from the first 15 epochs of each training (I am planning on renting an a100 for full training soon)....

original2,

Would the results I have found be significant enough to publish yet?

It is a thing in the UK… Lots of people have the iPhone 14 pro and call me poor for using android (I don’t even use android I use Ubuntu touch). Granted it’s just poncy twats but alot of people do have a bit of a superiority complex.

original2,

Yeah… alot of people will. In my case my school IT department said I couldn’t use Linux… I got BSD. They then said that I needed Windows or Mac. They gave up after I got Windows 98 to work on my laptop (it’s xfce but they didn’t know the difference).

also add 1tbsp rice vinegar, star anise, sichuan peppercorns and sesame oil to the chicken. I also used potato starch not cornstarch.
