thinking back to that time i worked out the exact spot where bojack horseman was conceived and went there irl

it's a few blocks southeast of monument circle, indianapolis. it's the only spot downtown with a place to park, a ledge, and a view of these buildings. wouldn't be surprise if the barrier rim has been there since the 50s, too.

yes, i'm aware the skyline doesn't perfectly line up. 1) a lot more buildings have been built since then, obscuring the view, but many of them line up, and many of the buildings in the show that aren't in the pic are in the right place. there's just things in front of them irl blocking their view. and 2) some buildings here in the show shouldn't be visible at all, they should be out of frame. give the animators some room for artistic license or just plain old error.
