We're doing recursive icebreakers in this meeting. The first person to suggest an icebreaker picked, "If you were an icebreaker, which icebreaker would you be?" Now we're doing all the icebreakers everybody picked during the first round.

  2. Dallas captain is ejected for crosschecking the Vegas captain in the head
  3. 2 more Vegas goals
  4. Dallas goalie replaced with the backup

I'm in favor of letting legacy franchises reform under the expansion draft rules under these circumstances:

  1. Build a brand new arena and practice facility
  2. Relinquish all branding and honors (team name, logos, franchise banners)
  3. Players (all under contract and prospect signing rights) are dispersed in a draft and all staff contracts are nullified edit: paid out in full and released
  4. One year grace period where no team exists and all draft picks are relinquished
