Every time. Media outlets share lies, the world buys into it, then no one notices when they admit it was all false. Yet, it took 4 months for media outlets to just start talking about hundreds of women, men, boys and girls raped and slaughtered on October 7th by Hamas as well as many hundreds of literal Palestinian civilians, some of those women are still held in Gaza by Hamas but also by civilians who use them as rape slaves and Hamas can't find them for hostages deals because of it. #israel
I can't even start explaining as a rape victim and person who had been uprooted and brutally traumatised by Hamas how much you saying the media was so caring whilst we beg for half a year now for the world to believe us is hurtful to me.
When Hamas spews lies proven lies about hospital bombings the media immediately writes about it and blames Israel
Most media outlets are still yet to do such an article as the one I sent to you by the BBC, and the denial is breaking my heart
I mean not even in Israel are people expected to support our government, we go out in hundreds of thousands every week criticising the government, so that's a very strange thing for me to hear

All of my friends attacked Israel on day 1.
It took us months to get recognised for the rape.
Besides, the BBC and Al Jazeera consistently report wrong horrific things and then say "oops we were wrong" days later, after the damage is already done and everyone's already convinced of lies.
Israel was actually pretty clear about it - Hamas was trying to steal food and shoot at IDF while they were letting aid through.
The shooting was mainly by Hamas - as usual - on their own civilians
Ps. I can also tell because one of my boyfriends works with guns irl and the other works with them in VFX meaning he specialises at differentiating also their different sounds and that was primarily not IDF gun sounds recorded - but Hamas machine guns (provided by South Africa)
Given my homeland’s decision to defund #UNRWA, I believe it may be time to kick in and ante up a little myself for the first time in 2024. I can’t rely on #Democrats to do the right thing for #Gaza.
