Is it really so important to access beehaw? In the same vein as reddit. If you don't like how they're running things, go to a server that is. Chances are that people will eventually gravitate there if the sentiment is the same.
This is the first protest and they had a hemorrhage. But reddit was basically one of the giants of the internet. it's not going away overnight.
Plus as others said, the API changes haven't actually gone through until the end of the month. That's the next huge hurdle for Reddit more than likely.
