Sushi for me. As a middle school weeb I tried it sometimes but I hated it, especially the seaweed. Some years later I tried it again and it was like a switch flipped and now I love sushi.
Custom window presets would be nice. I like browsing with the iPad in portrait mode and having Youtube in the upper half while scrolling whatever at the bottom. If arranging that would get less annoying I'd use Stage Manager a lot more.
