Here's the tutorial - https://youtu.be/9dkmv99ZKWA. It's getting to the point where she is using the pictures I make as her profile pictures lol. I've also made her some business headshots that she's using for linkedin and her work badges. It's crazy to think of the amount of money you can save by doing this and not having to pay professional photographer fees.
I just listened to the whaler by Home Is Where (great album btw!) and the song whaling for sport has a solid buildup that I really enjoyed! What other songs does everyone enjoy that have similar buildups?
Back in 2014 I got to see Rise Against play at the House of Blues in Boston, which was amazing, and just recently I went to see grandson and K. Flay perform together....
Best one I've been to was Lightning Bolt. Out of the numerous death metal, grindcore, and thrash shows I've seen, Lightning Bolt just had the room in a trance. Couldn't stop moving if I wanted to. The energy was insane.
I just got into Swans. Their albums "To be kind" or "Glowing man" are great, and it reminded me of "20 Jazz Junk Greats" by Throbbing Gristle. I wonder how many great experimental albums are there?

I'd love a community vibe check. What is everybody into? Subgenres/Bands/Favorite albums... let's talk about what we like.
