I signed up both here and at lemmy to see which one I liked better but so far I'm preferring lemmy simply because I feel like basic features that are already in lemmy are missing in kbin. Unless I'm missing the obvious, for example, is there a way to search for posts or articles or whatever its called...
I moved to Lemmy literally a day before the spez AMA announcement; I think that announcement was the tipping point for a lot of people whereas for me it was losing Apollo.
Currently my thoughts right now, coming from reddit. I posted earlier about how kbin seems to be missing basic features compared to lemmy. I'm liking the idea that kbin can very seamlessly integrate with mastodon and lemmy, but it's sorta lacking in functionality at the moment, which is what's having me lean more towards lemmy. Any idea why people prefer kbin over lemmy?
@Weebworks ok but how do I quickly find a lost of my subscribed magazines/communities? Not the posts, the list of communities? I can't seem to find this easily for a feature that should be pretty basic.
