That was my experience. Gave up waiting for the email and used SMS option instead, which arrived instantly.

I rarely play games but I've collected all of Ubisoft's freebies over the past six years. I just checked my account on Ubisoft's website and found that I have only have one game there, but there should be 16 or more. It turns out you have to use the launcher, Ubisoft Connect, to see your games. I opened the launcher and there they all were.
A bit weird though that you can't simply view a list of your games on the Ubisoft website.
