@Alon@Colinvparker@DiegoBeghin I don’t think that’s really true. The Publix near Midtown MARTA is very walkable and has high rise residential nearby. Although maybe you won’t call it TOD because it’s too close to the core? Buckhead/Lenox… no TOD. West End… not really either, last I was there.
Meanwhile on the East/West there’s TOD at Edgewood/Candler and Avondale. East Lake I think was being planned too but died in the pandemic. You’d say why not King Memorial or Inman/Reynolds (?), but those are historic districts.
