Bought an Old Car. U.S. Bank Made Me Fill Out Paper Work to Get My Own Money

Because of the Bank Secrecy Act, passed by U.S. Congress in 1970 tracks bank deposits over $10,000 I had to fill out lots of paper work to get a cashier's check for just $10,500 to buy a shitty car. Never mind that $10k in 1970 is the inflation adjusted equivalent of $68,383.25 today. This is ridiculous, and eventually with inflation as high as it is today, will eventually strangle us. $10K is nothing today. In a few years it will be less than nothing. This has to be fixed.
