From what I understand, the neighboring countries have no issues with Ukraine using transportation routes through their countries. Though it seems the grain is never leaving the neighboring countries once it enters and is not making its way to its final destination that was stated (not sure the exact destination).

The influx of grain in the directly neighboring countries is causing a drive down in agriculture prices. Ie cheeper grain as there is a increase in supply.

This is good for consumers (in those countries) in the short term, though it has a negative impact on local farmers and their ability to recoup their labour costs.

My guess is that this may be something of a political act. Poland, for example, is a month away from elections. Farmers in Poland are not happy about grain prices. The Polish government is very visibly taking action. I will be interested to see what happens after elections.
