Climate case before South Korea’s Constitutional Court could set human rights precedent

South Korea’s Constitutional Court is about to resume hearing four landmark cases in which more than 200 people, including more than 60 young children, are arguing that the government is failing to adequately protect them from the harms of climate change, and infringing their fundamental rights.
