I just deleted YouTube on my phone

I deleted tiktok years ago for the same reason The whole shorts content I can’t handle having immediate access too

I’ve spent hours just laying in bed scrolling through shorts and I’m tired of it

I don’t plan on abandoning YouTube I just don’t want it on my phone

Yeah, I’ve found that short video content is too easy to get lost in.

It’s even worse than doom-scrolling other types of social media feeds as far as pure wastes of time go.

Right now my only social media is lemmy

Which is really good for not doing scrolling Mostly because of the lack of new content
