Yes... If a family member is killed by a faulty product, I should accept fate and assume that the faulty product was a result of stupidity and not malice for profit.

To fail to delegate my desire for justice to those obviously in league with the product-maker would be awfully anti-liberal and not very Christian of me, wouldn't it?

Our difference appears to be that you believe there is justice within the system as it exists today, and I do not. Selective justice is no justice at all, only a temporary relief from institutionalized extortion and coercion.

Without blind justice, there is no dignity. The victims of this are the people, and whether the perpetrators are stupid or malicious does not matter. The only material assessment to be made is whether the system is capable of justice. I say it is not.

Justice is just perceived fairness. Humans executed their own "justice" for an immeasurable period of time before we began appointing people to execute justice for us on a societal scale. I don't think the ideology of the system matters in regards to justice. Any system can strive for justice and any system can flout it.

Norman Sicily is a good example of a multiculty commercial society where it seems most everyone was satisfied with how justice was executed.

There is no provision for dictates by interpretation in article III.

Is your argument that these dictates are legitimate because the 1st amendment only expressly prohibits Congress from making laws that abridge free speech?

I don't think we said the US is working with Iran. It's more a theory of the US using Iran (potentially without their outright consent) as a puppet or a "boogeyman in the region" as Dan said explicitly.

We have the most cunning political operatives in the world, and it seems they're much more effective in the ME than other parts of the world. That probably just comes down to decades of experience with the States and factions there.

How many Greek philosophers, as a portion of all Greek philosophers, contributed to Enlightenment thought?

Why should enlightenment values or any philosophy supercede the human natural instinct to protect those close to you? How do you ensure that philosophy only tempers human nature, or should it endeavor to remake it altogether?

Advocating women ditch the pill - or even that the pill be regulated - and advocating that lawmakers ban recsex is not the same thing.

Of course the two will be conflated, because everyone knows imbibing yourself with hormones is a fundamental human right that has to be protected 🙄

This is the same logic jump as has happened with IVF "AL Supreme Court shut down IVF facilities!"

I don't think we would or have denied that America is enabling Israel. I also agree that anyone can have an effect; after all, that's THE reason weaponized information is used to target the general population.

As far as responsibility, it's a personal tragedy to me that I'm being represented to the people of the world by war-mongers and moral-less whores, but I'm not going to and can't condone suicide as a protest to that.

My representation to the rest of the world is important and consequential but it rises nowhere near the gravity of what's happening to the people of my country and the soul of my nation.

What this airman did means there is one less concerned and active individual in a world full of apathy and passive submission. To sacrifice our energy for people around the world before our problems here at home are solved is misguided, and I blame those waging the information war.
