What about sending a certified letter to the company in question stating they better reverse the idiotic decision or be prepared to face a lengthy prison sentence for it?
Not sure why you’re down, but don’t feel bad about not posting.
I’m just feeling a bit down because of a number of things going on in the world, and especially the various things that are happening to the environment and the wilderness that seem to worry me. I’m not feeling bad about not posting since I’m looking for ideas on what to post.
Look, I’m gunna be straight with you, Lemmy can be frustrating when it comes to providing content to your community because, yea some people comment and of course you get votes, But little to no one CONTRIBUTES
I’m not exactly frustrated when it comes to providing content to my community, even though I’m getting so many emails a day that have been slowing me down, not because little to no one contributes.
People have no issue consuming content, but a lot seem to have zero desire and interest in contributing.
This can be exhausting. Especially if you have a lot of communities like myself.
I don’t moderate a lot of communities, I only have one community I moderate.
It feels thankless, and like a waste of time sometimes. I now only post when I’m feeling in the mood for it. But I don’t post insistently anymore because really that makes it work and no fun.
Having said all this. It makes me wonder how far lemmy will even develop if it stays like this.
Yeah, this may make someone wonder what the future of Lemmy could end up being.
Bots and posting web links with zero description, area not the answer. People, at least from what I gather, are not interested in recycled or manufactured content.
I’m not a bot, and I don’t use bots to post web links with zero description because that is not the answer, and I try not to recycle or manufacture content.
Too many are comfortable providing nothing but consuming everything, and then bitching that no one is participating in communities of their niche interest or also not even creating communities for their niche and then just complaining that it’s not on Lemmy.
Like look, you have to make at least a little bit of an effort. You can’t just take take take and then bitch bitch bitch but provide nothing to help the situation.
I’m not bitching that no one is participating in communities of my niche interest, even though I have already created a community on here. And I do make some effect and I’m not bitching about it.
I like your community, I always upvote your posts and comment when I can. You deserve a break don’t feel bad about it.
Its good people like you like my community, and I think that I may try a koala kasual or something topic in it soon, even though I’m currently in a bit of a break trying to figure out the two munch e-mails issue I have.
Right now, I’m already deleting e-mails trying to control it. But I can start listing all the non-profit organizations I’m getting e-mails from here to figure out who to stop getting e-mails from.
This seems like it could be the work of someone who doesn’t want their webpage data being scraped and stolen by AI LLMs, that are using archive.org as some kind of method for bypassing paywalls.

Hi, I just wanted to add here that I have gone ahead and took a picture of Kane and Lindsey since its a nice day today, and this is what they are look like if you are curious.
As you can see, Kane is the fox boy and Lindsey is the elf girl in that picture. These are just a couple of my spirit friends which I had custom plush made of them and I love them a lot. I’m also attached to them as well as the forest near here that I took the picture in, though Lindsey looks like she may need to have a surface cleaning soon.
This is mildly upsetting because I remember ICQ is where I first met a seer who I was referred to by someone else. This was back when I was looking for help regarding a number of strange dreams and spirit visitations I was dealing with.

At this time, I have been feeling a bit down and is why I haven’t being doing much with the koala community I had created here. But now I’m thinking about it again and had been wondering how I would incorporate a koala comfort place into it where one could talk about concerning things that may also be worrying things. I’m...
Yeah, I’m already thinking I may have to create a list of every non-profit organization that is currently sending me e-mails and post it either here or perhaps in Casual Conversation. I feel that getting over 200 e-mails a day has become way too much and I could use assistance with finding out which ones I should have been filtering into the trash. I had thought about if it should go under political, but that community has a rule that all posts need to be links to articles. I think the reason the amount of emails I get had gotten this crazy is because we are in a major election year, and I really need to switch focus more on koala conservation stuff and my story writing.
