Most serious artists have switched to using ArtStation and/or Instagram a long time ago, not because of AI, but because of the weird stuff on DeviantArt.

This article also misrepresented Andersen v. Stability AI, you can read the judge’s opinion here:

But basically, the judge’s opinion was scathing and dismissed all but one of the plaintiffs’ claims.

There is a very good reason you can’t copyright artistic styles.

My old $200 Motorola G9 Power phone lasted almost 4 years with only very minor scratches. Glass backs are popular because it makes assembly easier, because if the front and back are made from the same material, then they would have the same thermal expansion coefficient, which means that you can get a less variable fit between the front and the back.

It is for the benefit of the manufacturer and not the customer.
