That is literally the problem. People resistant to change (willfully or not) don’t want RCV.

Where I live we have RCV for some local government stuff but central government voting is MMP, which works quite well (except in the opinion of our conservatives). TL;DR: you vote for a candidate and also for a party. The party vote essentially sets how many seats each party gets in parliament, the candidate vote is for who represents your electorate.

Sort of, I had GitHub Copilot hallucinate an AWS Cloud formation template stanza.

Asked it for the source it used for the stanza, which it then gave me the URL for.

Told it that the crap it just gave me wasn’t on that page.

It apologies and told me to RTFM.

Decriminalisation is the start, the first step.

Once use of drugs is no longer a legal problem and solely a heath problem then it’s safer for everyone.

One cannot just sell booze or tabacco out the boot of ones car either, neither should any other drug dealer. There’s already precedent for how to manage legal drugs.
