Yeah but specifically based off the guy who made the cut scenes for wow, he helped south park with the wow episode and they loved him so much thy made that character based off of him, he’s the og wow nerd.
Everything in that scene was based off of him, south park uses that phrase in every single disclaimer at the start of the show, even if he voiced the character it would still be based on him.
