The lawsuit caps years of regulatory scrutiny of Apple’s wildly popular suite of devices and services, which have fueled its growth into a nearly $3 trillion public company.
The document published by the DOJ make the point that Apple has closer to 65% market share of you to by revenue, and also have a high market share amoung the teens. But I don’t get this focus on whether or not Apple is a monopoly. The lawsuit alleges that Apple has a significant market share is using anticompetitive practices to stay there.
This headline is wrong. The DOJ is alleging that they are being anticompetitive in the Performance Smartphone market, and further that their anticompetitive behavior affects even the regular smartphone market.
I haven’t been playing much lately, and when I do sit down to play I don’t feel like putting a ton of effort into anything. Mixolumia is easy to pick up and put down.
Is that with Linux kernel specifically or the user space? I’ve heard that Linus tries to keep the kernel interface stable, but most userspace progtams don’t share that philosophy.
The question is underspecified. Why do you want to know if free will exists? What will you do differently if it does exist vs if it does not exist?
This is similar to questions like, "is water wet?" You can generate endless debate on the topic, but it's all intellectual masturbation until you are genuinely looking for the answer to a specific question.
And wow; being able to walk places is amazing 😍! It's so freeing to not need a car for everything. I the US I live close enough to work to walk, but the terrible design of the stroads makes it very unpleasant. I want to stay here, I don't want to go back to the car dependent suburbs 🙁....
Only time I was tempted to stream was when I was playing Elden Ring and Grime, but I couldn't get streaming to work. But otherwise I've played low-spec games and haven't bothered.
I am considering getting an ROG since I recently lost my steam deck (left it behind whole traveling 😞). While I live the steam deck, its bulk makes traveling with it difficult. I mostly play small indie games, so I'm wondering if I something like the Win600 would give me better battery life.

What's the status of your OLED preorder?
Was wondering what the status of everyone’s OLED order is. When did you place your order and what is the current status of it?
