I don’t really see any value from Threads or Bluesky.
Unless there is a significant change all my social media activity will be Mastodon (my primary replacement for Twitter) and Instagram for visual stuff and new music discovery.
@LoneLocust It’d be like turkeys voting for Christmas. If Labour wins a huge majority under the current system they have no incentive to change it. Sadly.

In my line of work — we’re a studio — does anyone have an idea of who started the “we have to ship every two weeks” thing?
I’m not saying we should hold off for a year or anything like that but it just feels so forced as a “best practice” and I don’t agree with that sentiment.
@fahrni Have a look at the 37 Signals Shape Up methodology. They work in 6-week maximum chunks. Seems like a good compromise to me. Two weeks I at night to make sure something goes ready.
