Bought a Kindle silverink on EBay for 20£ just so I could convert a bunch of previously purchased Amazon books to PDF so I could read them in my Remarkable2.

What’s ridiculous (for Amazon) is that this kind of portability makes me far more likely to buy ebooks from them, not less!

The fact that this doesn't work on the Vision Pro is saving me an (emotional and/or financial) crisis
