Distributor of donations?

Does anyone know of a way to distribute donations to multiple open source projects at once? I would like to donate more frequently and broadly but because of the large number of different projects it would be laborious and inefficient to donate small fractions of what I can afford to each of them manually. What would be helpful...

I use Liberapay and have been pretty happy with it. Have found quite a few of the people and projects to which I would like to donate, but not all.

Vad händer med färg som lämnas på återvinningsstation?

Ett frågetecken uppstod nyligen hos mig. När man målar uppstår ju avfall i form av gamla färgburkar och tvättvatten som bägge klassas som miljöfarligt avfall. När dessa lämnats in på återvinningsstation, vad händer med dem? Kan man göra dem ofarliga, eller läggs de på deponi?

Skulle gissa att målarfärg förbränns. Enligt Sysav (som sköter avfallshantering i södra Skåne):

Behandling av farligt avfall från hushåll

  • Det som går att rena, återvinns och används igen.
  • Annat bränns i särskilt godkända förbränningsanläggningar.
  • Det farliga avfall som inte kan tas omhand på dessa sätt slutförvaras under kontrollerade former på en deponi (tipp) som är särskilt godkänd för detta.

For what it is worth, at least for Fairphone 3 the support in, e.g., LineageOS is excellent and I recently updated to LineageOS 20 (based on Android 13).

That said, I would hope that Fairphone does make at least one more major update of their official Android version for Fairphone 3.

I'm pretty sure it is not her personal responsibility to solve the climate crisis on the behalf of the rest of humanity. That would probably be best left to various subject matter experts, which I believe she has said many times.

Really nice article, well worth reading! It's just astonishing that projects like hers have difficulties finding funding. It seems like a great idea to closely scrutinize these large institutional landowners. For example, here in Sweden the Swedish protestant church is also a large landowner and I imagine that they don't seek to use their land as a carbon sink.
