So did Baldrick on black adder ( well a cunning plan ), only I would currently have more faith with him as PM.

Agreed, we do have hosts.allow and hosts.deny lists on a firewall. It is just more descriptive.

Just to be explicitly clear.

After Israel condemned the ICC for accusing them of deliberately targeting civilians, Israel forced Palestinians into a safe zone where they wouldn't be bombed—then Israel bombed & killed 32 children in that safe zone.

They burned Palestinians alive. On purpose.

ICC: Prosecute these war crimes.

I remember back in 2003, prior to the UK / US illegal invasion of Iraq, there were protests in schools, inc the school I worked at. There seemed to have been two camps, lsome schools took a an approach to discuss and debate the issue at hand, other schools punished those protesting.

Nothing that much seems to have changed, I wonder if those making the desicion to come down hard on protests are the same people who were treated that way at school ? on a similar note how did your school handle protests.

With Gaza we do need to draw a line between supporting the people of palestine and supporting HAMAS, and in a simiar way draw a line between protesting against Israel / Jews and protesting against the actions of the Israeli government.

This is staggeringly depressing.

"Most lawn equipment is gasoline powered, typically being one of two types: two-stroke or four-stroke engines. To fuel this equipment, it takes about 800 million gallons of gasoline annually, with 17 million additional gallons spilled in the process."

"EPA data has found that gas-powered lawn mowers make up five percent of total air pollution in the United States, amounting to even more in urban areas."

Given the dangers of battery powered devices catching fire how much pollution is released by these fires in comparision to useing gasoline powered devices such as mowers?

They find it difficult to answer prescient questions from NGOs with significant expertise (the implications being, better informed that the EA staff) & (it would seem) would like the NGO's Q.s to be more simply put to help EA staff offer better answers?

It seems a lot of people are no longer capable of speaking a clear voice, loud enough to hear but not shouting.

If I watch old pathe or bbc news footage where the presenter is using what we probably call the queen's English I can hear / understand every word.

Now people seem to just mumble or whisper as if this is how one should be talking.

Where does the buck stop at the Post Office? https://www.taxresearch.org.uk/Blog/2024/05/24/where-does-the-buck-stop-at-the-post-office/ Paula Vennells' performance at the Post Office inquiry appears variously naive, incompetent or brazen. In that case, who appointed her, why, and are they also responsible for what has happened?

The date of the general election seems designed to disenfranchise young people as much as possible, since most university students who vote do so at their term-time address. Universities are in recess on 4 July & many students will be at their parents’ or between university accommodation. Please make sure anyone you know in this situation registers at an appropriate address, preferably with a postal vote.

What explanation does israel have for killing 37K civilians, including doctors, journalists etc, why has repeated calls for a 2-state solution been rejected.

For months, we have urged President Biden to break from Prime Minister Netanyahu and use more diplomatic leverage to stop the killing in Gaza. Netanyahu and his government are perpetrating a brutal war with enormous civilian loss of life, through direct bombing and gunfire, as well as from restriction of food, water, and medicine. Netanyahu has regularly disregarded the Biden administration’s guidance and requests regarding military strategy and the delivery of humanitarian assistance.
